Sorbet is an elegant responsive Blogger template which is adapted from its original WordPress version by NewBloggerThemes.com. It consists of 2 columns and has all Web 3.0 elements in it, in fact it is minimal as well!
The post thumbnails in index is auto-fetched from the post, i.e. you need to use an image at the top of your post to make it appear as a thumbnail on the front page and archive pages. Black & orange-reddish color over white & grey makes it look overall pretty.
Another cool thing you see on this Blogger template is the cool tap-down navigation menus you get on clicking the icons in the right of the blog header. Below is a preview showing the same:
